Last week, I was invited to taste the Fall menu over at Maggiano’s at Northpark Mall. I was surprised by how tasty their seasonal menu was! Each of the items on the seasonal menu were curated by one of the restaurant chefs in their scratch kitchen.
Roasted Pear Gorgonzola Bruschetta
The gorgonzola was had a creamy, almost sauce-like texture. SO GOOD.
This was a different take on a classic dish. I loved that they used shrimp instead of chicken!
Smoked Nueske Bacon Carbonara
I’m a huge fan of carbonara (mainly because of the bacon), but this dish takes the cake! The egg on top caught me off guard, but it was a GREAT addition to this plate!
My mouth is literally watering as I write this. All of the food was delicious!
