Self Defense Seminar At Chamberlain Studios

Saturday, March 5th from 10-12

I went to one of their self-defense classes last week with the Dallas Fitness Ambassadors and man did I learn a lot! I’ll tell you all about my experience some time next week, but I would certainly recommend this class to anyone! While we all hope that nothing horrible will happen on our hikes, or walks to our cars, we should stay prepared for in case it does. This free seminar is a great way to do just that! Find out more about this even here.

Who doesn’t love shopping? Who doesn’t love wine? Well with this snazzy event at my favorite wine pub, you can enjoy both!  I’m dying over NeoBantu’s everyday wear with these beautiful African patterns! Oh, and did I mention that the founder of NeoBantu is from Dallas? Win-win!! You guys already know how obsessed I am with Checkered Past Winery! So needless to say, this sip and shop is on the top of my list of events to check out this month!

  1. I would love to go to the Ballet show. That looks like something I would really enjoy. I was a ballerina once you know? From agest 4-10 then my mother took me out because I got an F in math on my report card!! If only she was a more understanding parent I couldve been the first “Misty Copeland”
