There are a ton of proteins out there, but how do you know which is the right one for you? I’ve always been one to try different types, so I was excited when I got the chance to try BeFit’s Protein, Pre-Workout, and Fat Burner! While I’ve tried proteins before, it was my first time using pre-workout and fat burners. The best way I can describe what pre-workout makes you feel like is through my assumption that this girl probably took some before the game:
One thing I loved about BeFit is that it came with a a really easy challenge. Now, don’t get me wrong, these workouts were tough, but it was easy to follow along with thanks to their 30-Day Burn Workout! There are Youtube videos for every workout, so you don’t have to be a gym member to get it in! I recommend watching this intro video for the 30-day program so you know what exactly you’re in for!
I was able to try the Delicious Chocolate Whey Isolate and Casein Protein. I must admit that I’m not normally a fan of chocolate-flavored things, but this protein was pretty dang good when mixed with soy milk!
The Fruit Punch Pre-Workout was really tasty too! I just shook this stuff up in a water bottle and went about my way. I was a bit nervous that i would “crash” after taking it, but I didn’t! IDK where pre-workouts have been my whole life, but this stuff is now a necessity!
The BeFit Burn – Fat Burner Without the Jitters was pretty cool because it not only supports healthy blood sugar levels, but it also supports your metabolism. It also has some pro-biotics in it that keeps your tummy healthy. Probably what I love most about it is that it is GMO free (hallelujah)!
After doing the BeFit 30-day Challenge, I can certainly say that I’m more energetic. I have noticed some changes in my weight, but Rome wasn’t built in a day. I think what I loved most was that this challenge put me back on the right track, mentally and physically, to losing weight!
