Smokey flavors are a good choice year round, but sometimes it’s too hot or too cold to fire up the grill. That’s why I love cooking with cedar planks. You can bake on them right in your oven and your meal will taste like it was just cooked over a wood fire. This Cedar Plank Salmon with Rosemary Basil Pesto combines those smoky flavors with the fresh flavor from the herbs to make a dish that’s swoon-worthy!
