The only thing I love more than attending a good party is planning one! If you don’t already know, I am the Events Manager for Dallas Fitness Ambassadors so I get to help come up with fun ideas for many of our events. A few weeks ago, DFA partnered with Sprouts to plan a Mindful Monday event for all of our bloggers! The event was held poolside with breathtaking views at The Alexan. Two things we had to sure of were that we had a good variety to fit each of the girls’ diets, and a set up that was Instagram-worthy. We came up with 3 different stations that helped to make this event a hit!

Tipsy Table
I don’t know about y’all, but one of the first things I go after at a party is a drink! My friend Mary, being the amazing mixologist that she is, came up with a Jalapeño + Cucumber Margarita and a Spiked Watermelon Lemonade for the event! Both of these recipes are pretty delicious and ALL credit goes to her for concocting these!

Charcutterie Board
Charcutterie boards are one of my favorite things to put together for parties. They’re so quick and easy. While its easy to create extravagant ones, putting together one on a budget is totally doable! Plus, Sprouts has almost ALL of these ingredients in one area of your local grocery store!
What You Need:
2-3 meat choices (ex. prosciutto, salami, pepperoni, sliced chicken, smoked salmon)
1 soft cheese (Boursin, goat cheese, blue cheese, )
1 hard cheese (You can do a gouda or parmesan even!)
Dried Fruit (I love using apricots)
Olives or Grapes (Both is always a good option too)
Sprouts Flatbread Crackers or Pretzels
Trail Mix Bar
These are fun because you can really go crazy with the ingredients you provide. I always like going to the bulk section at Sprouts and loading up on different ingredients. I like to get ingredients that vary in colors so that the final product is nice and colorful! Its also fun to add in some “weird” ingredients that aren’t too common for trail mix.
What You Need
Nuts
Dried Fruit
Yogurt covered fruit/nuts
Seeds
Fruit Chips
Pretzels
Chocolate
Its also fun to put the ingredients in jars and label them! I don’t know why labels always make things look so cute and put together, but they do!
Oh, and in case you’re wondering, the party was a hit! Here are some pics of all that we did!
