DFA Sunset Yoga with Corepower Yoga

Last night, Dallas Fitness Ambassadors hosted a sunset yoga class with Corepower Yoga! It was great seeing my ambassador friends and meeting some new people in the community class! A lot of work goes into coordinating these events but it’s always SO worth it in the end because they honestly come out flawless. Here’s my recap of the class!

Corepower Yoga

Sunset Yoga

The class was led by Jay and Caitlyn of Corepower Yoga. It was honestly one of my favorite yoga sessions to date (and this comes a week after I admitted that I don’t always love yoga classed). Jay instructed the class and was really good about preparing us mentally and reminding us to focus. Caitlyn went around and made adjustments for people. She even helped me while I was going through the warriors to find balance and keep my posture aligned. Honestly, the class was intense but also weirdly relaxing. Yoga has a way of doing that sometimes.

Vendors and Swag

After the class, we went over and cozied up to the vendors! MiniLuxe was there giving manis, Green House Market provided food, Makeup Forever did lip touchups, and DryBar was there giving everyone sick braids! Plus, The Juice Bar provided us with bottles of their favorites. Fresh and Sugarfina even gave everyone samples to take home! It was awesome! Huge thanks to Corepower Yoga for hooking everyone up with free yoga classes as well! You will be seeing me very soon.

Shout out to @dannymaiphotography for all of the stunning photos!
