Maple Pecan Oatmeal Energy Balls

I’ve been seeing people make energy balls all over Instagram for years.
When Republic of Vermont sent me some high quality maple syrup and honey, I knew exactly what I was going to make. I love that I can make them, freeze them, and grab them on the go. While there are plenty of meals I make for the week, I always struggle with meal prepping breakfast items. Luckily this is one recipe I can eat at any time of the day.

Maple Pecan Oatmeal Energy Balls

This recipe is sweet, filling, and crunchy – just like I like it! The Republic of Vermont mapl e syrup adds some amazing flavor. Plus, the recipe can pretty much be put together in minutes!

As a heads up, it’s a little messy so get ready to dig in and have fun doing it! You can wear gloves while you do it but I typically don’t bother.
