The number of hours I spend a day in front of a screen is borderline embarrassing. For that reason, I often have to force my attention away from the blue light and grab a good book. Sometimes it is a really spicy romance, other times its a really spicy cookbook. Irregardless, its nice to give my eyes a break every once in a while. Here are the 5 books that I’m diving into this Spring.
Cravings by Chrissy Tiegen
I follow Chrissy Tiegen on every social media outlet possible because – simply put – SHE’S HILARIOUS! She has me beat when it comes to sarcasm and loves food just as much as I do! When I found out her Cravings book dropped, I rushed to Amazon and threw $20 at them like it was nothing. Best. Purchase. Ever. I’ve read a lot of cookbooks in my day, but never have I come across one that makes me want to cook every since recipe. I’m obsessed. So far, I’ve cooked her breakfast sausage and Prosciutto Wrapped Stuffed Chicken Breast. My mouth is watering just thinking about them. You need to check this book out. Oh, and in case you can’t already tell, there is very little healthy about this book – which is why I love it. Buy it here.
Find Her by Lisa Gardner
As I was browsing through many of the book lists online, I came across this one and knew it would make the cut. Admittedly, I judge all books by their covers. This one was very much intriguing to me. I love a good thriller and I especially love books and movies about kidnappings (I promise I’m not as creepy as I just made myself sound.) After reading the first paragraph in the preview on Amazon, I was hooked.

Balancing In Heels by Kristin Cavallari
Where my “The Hills” fans at? Girlfriend, when those shows came out I was #TeamLauren all the way! The show made Kristin out to be such a bad guy in my eyes. Over the years, however, I’ve come to love everything I once hated disliked about her. She’s confident, strong, and holds her own. No one is changing her opinion about anything, which is why she is a natural born leader. I am excited to hear her side of the story and to get some life tips from Kristin.

The Total Package by Stephanie Evanovich
After all of the other books I have on my list, I knew I’d want to add a little romance to the pot. No matter if I’m single, taken, or married I will also love a good love story. Stephanie Evanovich is known for her rom-com-esque books, so I’m sure I’ll be all into this one. When I get through this one, she also has an older Best Seller called Big Girl Panties! I can’t wait to read that one as well.

The Stash Plan by Laura Prepon & Elizabeth Troy
First of all, you can tell that I’m obsessed with celebs’ books right now! Laura Prepon, from Orange Is The New Black, teamed up with Elizabeth Troy to write this 21-day guide to a healthier body. The book is all about trying to feed your liver and gallbladder the foods they need to stay strong and support your body! I’m excited to see what all they will help with and how my body reacts! Its been a long time since I did a healthy plan or challenge so I’m hoping its something I can stick with!

I’m really excited about this list and diving into each of these books. So far I’ve only gone through Cravings and I absolutely love it. You’ll notice that all of the links I put to buy the book lead you to Amazon. These aren’t affiliated links or anything, I just think they have the cheapest price for books – I’m a hardback girl myself. If there are any books you think I’d enjoy reading, leave them in the comments below. Also, spread the love and click this tweet or pin this pin so all of your peeps can check out my list too!
